キャンセル・返金ポリシー / Cancellation and Refund Policy

お客様のキャンセル / Cancellation by Customer:
ツアーの7日前までのキャンセルは無料です。
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the tour are free of charge.

直前キャンセル・無断キャンセル / Late Cancellation or No-show:
ツアー前7日以降のキャンセルは料金の50％、当日の無断キャンセルは全額を請求いたします。
Cancellations within 7 days of the tour may incur a 50% charge. No-shows on the day of the tour will be charged the full amount.

事業者都合によるキャンセル / Cancellation by Service Provider:
天候不良や安全上の理由で中止となった場合は、全額返金いたします。
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or safety concerns, a full refund will be provided.

返金方法 / Refund Method:
返金はお支払いと同じ方法で処理いたします。
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment.

持ち物の紛失・盗難について、当方は責任を負いかねます。
